copy: the public live pages speak like an Egyptian game

Live, embed, standings, pairings, bracket, players, print and venue-screen
text is short Egyptian Arabic with the words players use (لايف، ماتش،
الشجرة، راحة، باط), matching the player app. Text only: no markup or
styling changed.

Also: the standings table checked an undefined $medals (left from the emoji
medals), raising a warning on every render; the rank column shows the
place, and the podium above keeps the medal icons.
