- Add openRegistration() and closeRegistration() methods to EventShow Livewire component
- Add registration control panel in event admin sidebar with status indicator and toggle buttons
- Fix slug generation to produce ASCII-safe slugs (prevents WhatsApp/messaging apps from
  truncating URLs containing Arabic/Hindi numerals)
