- Switch logs from broken POST /appDefinitions/logs to working GET /appData/{app}
- Add x-namespace header to auth call
- Add activate() method to transition trial/suspended → active
- Add Activate button in instance-show view
- Rename "Container Logs" to "Build Logs" (reflects actual content)
