handleSubscriptionPaid() now finds the player's assessed registration
and marks it as completed (payment_status='paid', status='completed').
Previously, paying the subscription only updated sa_subscriptions but
never flowed back to sa_registrations, leaving the wizard card button
permanently disabled.
