The السجل التأميني page now shows a complete record of ALL procedures
that affected a membership — death cases, waiver transfers, and
transfer/separation requests. Works for both active and archived members.

Shows: procedure details, role (source/target), fees, approval info,
payments related to procedures, death audit timeline, archive snapshots.
