- SaMonthlySubscriptionJob: runs on days 1-3 of each month, auto-generates
  subscriptions for all active players using SubscriptionGeneratorService
- Subscriptions index page now shows stats bar (total, paid, unpaid, overdue,
  collected amount, pending amount) for the selected month
