Foreign membership dependents (spouses, children, temporary) are included
in the membership fee — zero additional charges. Add a "not Egyptian"
checkbox that toggles between NID and passport number fields on all three
dependent creation forms. Server-side validation skips NID requirement
when non-Egyptian is checked and requires passport instead.
