Options

feat(analytics): every day a player opens the app, for the manager 

player_daily_activity (one row per player per Cairo day: first and last
seen, time in the app, platform) is written by the presence pulse the app
already sends, inside el3ab_social_pulse (no extra call); the app now sends
its platform (android, ios, web). Backfilled from the games, coins and
messages already on record. manager_insights(p_days) computes the
dashboard's numbers in one call. Service role only.
